SnortClub ("we," "our," "us") is the club for French Bulldog obsessives. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash).
Dog profiles: your Frenchies' names, photos, birthdays, and other details you add.
Content you create: posts, photos, comments, and contest entries you share in the community.
Billing information: processed securely by Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: basic analytics about how you use the club.

2. How we use your information

To run the club: profiles, community feed, contests, and member features.
To send account emails: confirmations, birthday packs, contest updates, and service notices.
To operate your membership: authentication, billing, and support.
To improve the club: aggregated, de-identified analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Photos and community content

Photos and posts you share in community areas may be visible to other members. Don't share anything you wouldn't want fellow Frenchie lovers to see. You can delete your content anytime.

4. Data sharing

Stripe — to process membership payments.
Hosting providers — to run our servers and databases.
Legal compliance — if required by law or valid legal process.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and restricted server access.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your membership is active. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time; verified requests are honored within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Your choices

Update your profile and dog details anytime.
Manage email preferences or unsubscribe from non-essential emails.
Cancel your membership anytime; access continues through the paid period.

8. Children

SnortClub is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
