Terms of Service 🐾

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your SnortClub membership. By joining or using the club, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership

SnortClub is a $10/month membership for French Bulldog lovers, billed monthly. Your first month is free with code TEE where offered. Membership includes dog profiles, the community feed, the monthly Cover Model contest, and member features as described on the site.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
One membership per person; dog profiles are for dogs in your care.

3. Community guidelines

Keep the club fun, warm, and fuzzy. You agree not to:

Post harassing, hateful, or abusive content.
Share spam, scams, or misleading information.
Post content you don't own or have permission to share.
Harass other members or their dogs (all dogs are good dogs).

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and posts you share. By posting, you grant SnortClub a license to display that content within the club and in club promotions (like contest winner announcements). You can delete your content anytime.

5. AI features

Magazine covers, portraits, and other AI-generated content are created for fun. AI output can be imperfect or silly — that's part of the charm, but don't rely on it for health, training, or veterinary advice. Always consult your vet for your dog's health.

6. Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month at $10/month.
Cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. Access continues through the paid billing period.
Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact us within 14 days of a charge to request review.

7. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features in "demo mode" are clearly labeled and may have limited functionality until fully connected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnortClub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice as described in Section 6. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
